Spring School overall presentation

The 'Knowledge Flows in Marine Spatial Planning' Spring School 2021 is led by the Universities of Liverpool (UK), Nantes (France), and The Finnish Environmental Institute (SYKE).
It involves all partners of the Knowledge Flows in Marine Spatial Planning ERASMUS+ project (réf. 2019-1-DKOJ-KA203-060307, coord. Aalborg Univ.): Aalborg University (DK, lead partner), The University of Oldenburg (D), the University of Liverpool (U.K.), the University of Nantes (F), the Leibniz Institute for Baltic Sea Research (D), the Breda University of Applied Sciences (NL), University of Ulster (U.K.), and the Finnish Environment Institute (FI). Gothenburg University, also being a higher education organisation, will be associated partner.
 
It will comprise of lectures, discussions and interactive exercises/workshops.
 
Purpose and objectives:
The KF-MSP Spring School 2021 challenges participants to:
  • Deepen their understanding of MSP;
  • Strengthen their knowledge through practical lessons;
  • Tackle challenges as a group;
  • Engage in discussion with fellow students and MSP experts from across Europe.
Public:
The KF-MSP Spring School 2021 is open to all students interested in MSP. We will cover the background of MSP, as well as various concepts and issues. Participants will put their learning into action through three different interactive exercises.
 
Schedule:
The KF-MSP Spring School 2021 will take place online across 3 weeks beginning on Monday the 1st of March.
It will cover 6 days in total, with lectures and discussions on Mondays and workshops being held on Tuesdays
Lectures will be recorded so available throughout the week.
